用户使用 Limo 创作的所有作品，其著作权均归用户所有。Limo 不对用户作品的内容承担任何法律责任，由用户自行承担其作品产生的一切责任。
本应用目前不提供独立的云端备份功能。用户在 Limo 中编辑的所有照片和项目，保存在用户本机设备或用户个人控制的 iCloud 存储中。如用户在应用内删除内容，或卸载本应用，相关数据可能会被永久删除，我们无法为用户恢复。
用户应自行做好数据备份（例如将作品保存到 iPhone 相册或其他备份服务）。因用户删除内容或删除/卸载本应用而导致的照片或其他数据丢失，由用户自行承担责任，我们对此不承担任何法律责任。
Limo 提供的胶片模拟预设基于公开的技术资料和测量数据，仅供创意参考。预设效果可能与真实胶片存在差异，我们不对预设效果的准确性作任何保证。
用户可以创建、保存和分享自己的预设。用户创建的预设内容归用户所有，用户需确保分享的预设不侵犯他人权益。

By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.
You're not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You're not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn't try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Day1 Labs.
This application is intended for users 4 years of age and older. Users under 4 should use the app under the guidance of a parent or guardian.
The copyright of all works created by users using Limo belongs to the users. Limo does not assume any legal responsibility for the content of user works, and the users themselves assume all responsibilities arising from their works.
The app currently does not provide an independent cloud backup service. All photos and projects edited by users in Limo are stored on the user's local device or in the user's personally controlled iCloud storage. If a user deletes content within the app or uninstalls the app, relevant data may be permanently deleted, and we cannot recover it for the user.
Users should perform their own data backups (e.g., saving works to the iPhone Photo Library or other backup services). Loss of photos or other data due to the user's deletion of content or deletion/uninstallation of the app is the user's sole responsibility, and we assume no legal liability for such loss.
The film emulation presets provided by Limo are based on publicly available technical data and measurements, and are for creative reference only. Preset effects may differ from actual film stock, and we make no guarantees about the accuracy of preset effects.
Users can create, save, and share their own presets. User-created presets belong to the user, and users must ensure that shared presets do not infringe on the rights of others.
While we strive to ensure that Limo's features are up-to-date and error-free at all times, we accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on iOS – the requirements for the system (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you'll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. We do not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the iOS version that you have installed on your device. We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination:
All paid features of this application (if any, including one-time purchases and subscriptions) are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's relevant terms. If you are dissatisfied with a purchase, you can apply for a refund from Apple within the period specified by Apple.
If you have activated a subscription service, you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in the "Subscriptions" settings of your Apple ID.
We may update our User Agreement from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
