OpenAva is a native app for running personal AI agent teams on Apple devices. We value your privacy and try to keep core data on your local device or in storage you personally control.
By default, agent configurations, conversations, memories, skills, and workspace data you create are primarily stored on your local device or in your personally controlled iCloud storage. We do not actively read, upload, or analyze this content.
OpenAva may allow you to connect third-party large language models, API services, or local models. When you actively configure and use these services, relevant prompts, context, file snippets, or task content may be sent to the third-party services you choose. The processing of this data by third-party services is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms of service.
If you save API keys, access tokens, or other credentials in the app, please keep them secure. We do not actively collect these credentials, but you should verify the security and permission scope of the services you use.
OpenAva does not require users to register for a separate account system. Your core creative and work data remains saved only on your local device or your personally controlled iCloud storage, unless you actively choose to connect or sync with third-party services.
The following information shows you the system permissions that the product may apply for and use during the use of the application, and why these permissions are needed. As the application version is upgraded, these permissions may change, and we will update the permission description on this page in a timely manner.
System permissions will not be enabled by default. They will only be enabled for specific functions after you authorize them. You can change or withdraw these authorizations at any time.
Used to read files, images, audio, or other media content that you actively choose for agents to process, and to save processed results. If you refuse to grant the relevant permissions, the corresponding file or media processing features may not be available.
Used to send notifications when tasks are completed, background workflows need attention, or remote-control states change. If you refuse to grant notification permission, the app can still be used, but you may not receive timely task status alerts.
When you actively enable related agent capabilities, OpenAva may request access to Calendar, Reminders, Contacts, or other system data to complete tasks you specify. Such data is used only to perform the actions you request, unless you choose to process this content with third-party models or API services.
Change or Withdraw Permissions: If you want to change or withdraw these permissions, please find OpenAva in the system "Settings" app to modify them.
In order to ensure the realization of application functions and stable operation, we may integrate third-party service SDKs in the application. These services may collect information used to identify you. We will fulfill our duty of care and conduct security testing on third-party SDKs to ensure user information security.

When you send us a feedback email, it will include your email address, device model, system version number, and error logs (if any). We will only use this information to contact you and improve our services, and we will not share this information with third parties.
