通过下载或使用本应用程序,这些条款将自动适用于您。因此,您应确保在使用本应用程序之前仔细阅读这些条款。

1. 版权和商标

您不允许以任何方式复制或修改该应用程序、该应用程序的任何部分或我们的商标。您不允许提取该应用程序的源代码,您也不允许将该应用程序翻译成其他语言,或制作衍生版本。该应用程序本身,以及与之相关的所有商标、版权、数据库和其他知识产权,属于 Day1 Labs。

2. 年龄限制

本应用适用于 4 岁及以上的用户。未满 4 岁的用户应在家长或监护人的指导下使用本应用。

3. 用户作品

用户使用 YOYO 相机创作的所有作品,其著作权均归用户所有。YOYO 相机不对用户作品的内容承担任何法律责任,由用户自行承担其作品产生的一切责任。

4. 数据备份与丢失

本应用目前不提供独立的云端备份功能。用户在 YOYO 相机中拍摄或导入的所有照片、视频,保存在用户本机设备或用户个人控制的 iCloud 存储中。如用户在应用内删除内容,或卸载本应用,相关数据可能会被永久删除,我们无法为用户恢复。

用户应自行做好数据备份(例如将作品保存到 iPhone 相册或其他备份服务)。因用户删除内容或删除/卸载本应用而导致的照片、视频或其他数据丢失,由用户自行承担责任,我们对此不承担任何法律责任。

5. 免责声明

虽然我们努力确保 YOYO 相机的所有功能在任何时候都是最新和没有错误的,但是我们对您因完全依赖应用程序的这一功能而遭遇的任何直接或间接损失不承担任何责任。

6. 应用程序更新和终止

User Agreement

By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

1. Copyright and Trademarks

You’re not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Day1 Labs.

2. Age Restriction

This application is intended for users 4 years of age and older. Users under 4 should use the app under the guidance of a parent or guardian.

3. User Content

The copyright of all works created by users using YOYO Camera belongs to the users. YOYO Camera does not assume any legal responsibility for the content of user works, and the users themselves assume all responsibilities arising from their works.

4. Data Backup and Loss

The app currently does not provide an independent cloud backup service. All photos and videos taken or imported by users in YOYO Camera are stored on the user's local device or in the user's personally controlled iCloud storage. If a user deletes content within the app or uninstalls the app, relevant data may be permanently deleted, and we cannot recover it for the user.

Users should perform their own data backups (e.g., saving works to the iPhone Photo Library or other backup services). Loss of photos, videos, or other data due to the user's deletion of content or deletion/uninstallation of the app is the user's sole responsibility, and we assume no legal liability for such loss.

5. Disclaimer

While we strive to ensure that YOYO Camera's features are up-to-date and error-free at all times, we accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.

6. Updates and Termination

At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on iOS – the requirements for the system (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. We do not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the iOS version that you have installed on your device. We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination:

7. Fees and Subscriptions

All paid features of this application (if any, including one-time purchases and subscriptions) are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's relevant terms. If you are dissatisfied with a purchase, you can apply for a refund from Apple within the period specified by Apple.

If you have activated a subscription service, you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in the "Subscriptions" settings of your Apple ID.

8. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We may update our User Agreement from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
